Sure, but that isn't how the system works so it can't be done.

This entire thing is done not for safety it is done for effect........Over time fear and propaganda have a cumulative effect on the population. Just look at post 9/11 for proof of how this works and the tactics used.


How do you get people to disarm.......Do it by force? Or do you slowly over time brainwash them into giving the right up themselves. Look at how this worked in Europe for added context......It was a slow process that eventually lead to them giving up liberty for security and safety.

This is simple honest truth and the anti-gun posters should ask themselves why did they pick them........It was a easy target that many people will agree on. If you asked the common man or woman on the street should a mentally unfit senior own a gun many would say.....NO. They would not look at the bigger picture or implications of this action.


This is is done for effect and getting a foot in the door. Next time around it will be much easier and so on and so on. At what point does this stop and who decides.......Is this unconstitutional.........These are the real questions both sides of this argument should be asking.

I would guess that trained psychologists or people within the mental health dept. But that is just a guess as it would seem to be the most logical choice. I imagine some Law Enforcement would also be involved as well as the people who buy and sell guns. In fact there are probably all sorts of different people involved in making those policies. So what is your point???
