You do realize that a crash investigation, even when it's a fairly simple cause, doesn't have a final report, with evidence released for 18 months to two years, right?

Why should this one be different? I would expect it to take longer with the problems getting to the area.

hey Zaph, judging by all the explosion talk, can I assume what was talked about in your segment on "Out of The Box" regarding this issue is null and void?

Could you expand on that somewhat… (he doesn't remember)?

Why should this one be different?

This isn't just a crash, hundreds of people were murdered, their families should get the promptest closure possible.

The only thing that delays investigations like this is cover up.

Found out by who? The ones that were supporting the whole plot? The ones that up to now have refused to produce the damning evidence that they must have?

Why because you haven't seen any?

WHere does it say that any country has to show their evidence to the people before the investigation is complete?

Do the police show their evidence in a murder case to the suspect of that murder...No they don't until they know they have enough to make the arrest, so what is different about this?

I was refering to western governments claiming to have proof of seperatists shooting down the plane with a BUK, and not showing it.

So you can remember every conversation you have had with everybody you know throughout your whole life?

Of course not...so what makes this any different?

Then you should be opposing this thread which is concluding that Russia shot the plane. Are you doing this? I mean if this is your logic?

Or they want to be thorough in their investigation.

So tell us why if Russia is innocent what is their motivation to reject a UN tribunal?

I think setting up along the edges of the territory would be sufficient to have a plane crash within the territory.

Absolutely. Good point. Especially if you want to blame the separatists and lay blame ultimately at Russias step. The media in the west was blaming Putin before the wreckage stopped smoldering.

A year on and this hasn't changed a bit.

Good way to identify the players.

He is asking to expand since that poster obviously does remember. Is there something wrong with that?

What would produce the incontrovertible facts would be an independent UN-led International Tribunal where all the evidence can be presented. Russia does not want such a Tribunal. Why?

Surely such a body would expose the cover-up...

They know that another "investigation" would only lengthen the whole process, keeping results secret even longer. They want the world to realize that the Netherlands 'investigation' is stalled on purpose.

Netherlands is a member of NATO, an anti Russian alliance. It is neither independent nor objective in that regard.

Starting another investigation isn't necessary, just reveal the evidence instead of hiding it.

Oh, they can't reveal it because it points in the 'wrong' direction, i.e., away from Moscow.

Not my claim, its the truth. From your own link…

And yet you said this...

What was that? I though Putin was flying a similar route that day?

You didn't actually want to open that can of worms, did you?

So if you weren't making the claim why would you ask if I want to open that can of worms...seems you were making the claim.

Whether or not you made the original claim you sure don't have a problem trying to push it as though it were true, so how about that can I want you to open...I'm still waiting.

All they have to do is reveal what evidence they have… instead of sitting on it that is.

ETA: that they don't and just release transcripts and issue statements, is the most obvious indicator they are hiding something…

You clearly felt the need to qoute that part and contest it. So you must have seen something wrong with it.

No it wouldn't.

Only those who have something to hide refuse to let the investigation go...and you have proof they are stalling on purpose, and what would that do?

Oh, they can't reveal it because it points in the 'wrong' direction, i.e., away from Moscow.

Or Russia is doing what they can to keep the investigation from going through and letting the UN tribunal prosecute those involved...why is that, and what are they scared to have come out?
