Russia and China

I just heard that Russia and China are going to meet to have maneuvers with each other. Does anyone think that maybe we could be seeing the beginning of allies and enemies being formed, that may someday be World War III. Russia is mad with the U.S. because they thought that we were having too much influence on the elections in Ukraine. So now they're gonna show how mad they are by meeting up with China to show their military "might."
