Yea, it can also potentially be fatal to people with asthma.
I don't recall hearing it ever be the cause of death, though, as opposed to a possible contributing factor.

I didn't think otherwise, I see no wrong intent in your post, I don't know about the others.
My post was about deployment of these things, and the way they are used/abused, not that abuse matters in the case of chemical deterrent, because they can harm you anyway, and just because government approves this and that, does not make it right.

An asthmatic doesn't die from pepper spray, they die from having a reaction to it.
So, as I said, cause of death as opposed to a contributing factor. If you're aware of an instance where pepper spray was listed as the primary cause, by all means share.
