shape shifting cloud with "sparkling lights"

I just found this (via my local rock radio station at that) and this was confusing to say the least.
Has anyone ever heard of such a thing, or can anyone debunk this?

It's actually higher resolution than most videos of "odd things in the sky" and I blew it up full screen on a 32" hi def monitor, and unless this is excellect video editing, I am baffled.

Anyone?

Umm... It looks like a flying plastic trash bag to me.

MAYBE even bubble wrap.
