I'll be glad to provide plenty of examples, but I'd like to see some more folks weigh in first.
So, PC is a left wing phenomenon as far as you're concerned ... Since you're asking me for examples?
Is that a fair statement?
Conspiracy theory
A notable 21st-century conspiracy theory regards the Frankfurt School as the origin of a contemporary movement in the political left to subvert traditional western cultural norms, referred to as "Cultural Marxism" by theory proponents. It advocates the idea that multiculturalism and political correctness are products of critical theory, which originated with the Frankfurt School. The theory is associated with American conservative thinkers such as William Lind, Pat Buchanan and Paul Weyrich, and has received institutional support from the Free Congress Foundation.[51][52] A copy of Political Correctness: A Short History of an Ideology by the FCF was included in a document titled 2083: A European Declaration of Independence by Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik, which was e-mailed to 1,003 addresses about 90 minutes before the 2011 bomb blast in Oslo Breivik was responsible for.[53]
Although it became more widespread in the late 1990s and 2000s, the theory originated with Michael Minnicino's 1992 essay "New Dark Age: Frankfurt School and 'Political Correctness'", published in Fidelio by the Schiller Institute.[54][55][56] The Schiller Institute, a branch of the LaRouche movement, further promoted the idea in 1994.[57] The Minnicino article charges that the Frankfurt School promoted Modernism in the arts as a form of Cultural pessimism, and played a role in shaping the 1960s counterculture.[54] In 1999 Lind led the creation of an hour-long program, Political Correctness: The Frankfurt School.

Ya, it was intentional.
That is ridiculous anyone would find that term offensive in anyway.

Political correctness makes America 1939 Germany. As cliché' as that sounds, the only thing that really separates us from the rest of the world is that we aren't punished for our thoughts and opinions. When PC starts demanding how we think and what is right or wrong, then we are truly in trouble and to me, we aren't far off.

If you are going to carry hostility from one thread to another, something I think is against forum rules, you should at least get it right. I never said no one should do it, only that I disagree with the holy vow part of it.
Marry whoever you want. I deny your political correctness and retain the right to not agree with it. But unlike the liberals who disagree with something, I can still allow it to happen and not interfere with it.

My understanding of the Brown Bag thing, is that it actually began with Black groups as a way of keeping other Blacks of a particularly dark skin tone out of their meetings/establishments, etc. If your skin was darker than the bag, you weren't welcome.

Well in that case it is no different than Rap artists using the "N" word in every one of their songs, it should pass the PC police with flying colors eventually.

It's not, and you know it. There is a reason why saying the "N" word in certain circles is accepted, and others its not - it's the same reason why the Irish can joke amongst themselves about their alcoholism, but if you're not Irish, you're likely to get socked in the mouth (but us Irish just love to fight, if god didn't bless the Irish with alcoholism, we'd rule the world =)

It's self-degradation, and everyone does it to a point. It has no bearing on whether it is a racial slur or a stereotype, it is a form of self-degradation. Ever see that episode of Sienfeld where his dentist converts to Judaism, and starts making jewish jokes, but Jerry is insulted because he is a gentile who converted - it's kind of like that, to use a pop culture reference.
