CNN is even saying that they do not believe its simply glitches causing the trading to halt.
They have mentioned china, North Korea and even ISIS.
The NYSE is claiming it will be fixed in 20 minutes as of this post

Not saying its ISIS but they did put a threat out recently stating that the western world will have a taste of theor capabilities.
Theres no better way to get the USA's attention then hacking and crashing the stock market and united flights.
