There is already a war within America's borders and if you don't believe me then you have been in a cave for the past few months and missed all the black fella confederate flag gay marriage gun grab-fest where average Americans have spewed hate towards each other at break-neck speed.

I say what I said because it would be counter-intuitive to arm people who want YOU gone. Of course there would be strategic reasons to arm people who are hostile to you. If they're busy fighting someone ELSE you don't like, it could be very valuable to watch both of them duke it out and just come in and claim the burning wreckage as yours.

I'm pretty sure this is what China is banking on between Russia and the US and is why they didn't back Russia when Putin got all hot about the Ukraine thing.

During coming American civil war Russia will start supplying American patriots with guns bombs grenades rocket launchers, armour vehicle mines, and if American patriots can handle it - chemical weapons - bio weapons

How will the patriots be recognized to the Russians supplying weapons, a badge or T-shirt saying 'I am an American patriot'?

Well the US government IS already playing that game with our lives and they don't feel like stopping

So is every other governing body elected or not in this world.

Well as long as the Avengers wear Tshirt or badge that shows their patriotism I guess all will be fine, I mean the saves us from Ultron and Loki's army of Chitauri.

BEING recognized in the resistance buisness is a bad idea.
MAYBE some kind of changing mark or signals by hand but wearing identifying colthing is a very bad idea.
Think of the French against the Germans in WWII.

There has to be unity in war and unity is one thing we do not have.
But let's play this out.
I'd say 70% or so of American gun toting Bubbas would give their gun up if the gubbermint came knocking on their doors with armored vehicles and such. I'm sure some will hand out ammo to their kids and wives and get lit up like Uday and Qusey.
Sure, some pockets of militia could hold out until the drones find them and drop a 500lb JDAM on their party.
We already have cops that will shoot you in a heartbeat, give them the green light and see what happens.
A civil war between the People and the government will never end well. Not today.
The only realistic scenario would be a coup by several branches and a majority of the military.

You are dancing around the true issue that prevents a REAL uprising from gaining momentum. A leader. There is no one charismatic enough to unite the unruly mob to achieve goals and any actual momentum. Until one appears, all flashpoints within the US will just remain as such. They may become riots or something, but they will just blow over after a few days.

Did I mention any groups of veterans? You're not giving me much here.
I have to assume that's what you're speaking of.
I have plenty of idea of veterans skills, enough to know they have nothing - none of the equipment, logistics, air support, supply or weapons needed to last in any conflict anywhere.
Bob Owens, according to his "About" page in a blogger. I don't even see anything about being a veteran. That's as far as I got as I have more credibility in real world stuffs.
The "Bubbas" I refer to are these wannabe soldiers that never enlisted, suck down beer in their rotund bellies and carry on about how the gubbermint will never take their guns.

This is why I think anyone declaring that a 2nd Civil War is imminent are full of crap. There is no visible leader for them to unite behind to really DO anything once they revolt. Just a few lone nutbags who mistakingly think that THEIR actions are going to be the trigger for the rest of the dominoes to fall in line. Like Dylan Roof.

ATS has been interesting today. In one thread I learned that Putin wants the U.S. to preserve the 2nd amendment. In another, I learned that Putin would happily supply munitions (and even chemical or biological weapons - fun!) for a civil war in the U.S.

So according to some pro-Russian ATS members, Putin's goal is to destabilize the U.S. from within, and then help us kill each other. Wonder what the next phase of his plan might be?

Putin sees this administration as being weak, and I think he just really dislikes Obama. He wants to push enough buttons to make them uncomfortable. The next administration, unfortunately, needs to make sure right out of the gate they don't play games with Putin.
