Remote Viewing Help

Does anyone know how to remote view? Can you lead me in the right direction to developing my remote viewing abilities?

This one commes from the internet.
1)Give the thing jou want to see a codename.
2)close jour eyes.
3)imagine a black window in front of jou.
4)say the codename in jour head until jou see something.


WARNING jour imagination will try to put some images of his own in that window, so keep it out !!!
