New tax policy

I'm a big peep show fan, and I was watching all these vids of David Mitchell on youtube. I bumped into this one, which I found quite amusing, and quite true unfortunately.
He makes a lot of sense really, and it probably has a lot to do with how things are today. Greed's growing day by day.
