U2U's doubled, tripled or more.

Just fired of a couple off U2U's and noticed that multiple DP's were the order of the day.

There was no impatient tapping involved.

( apologies to those that thought I was spamming )

Eta: I also noticed I was getting double up's of singularly tapped emotes ... ?

Don't tell me I need a new lappy !

Or the plate will come out and I will be disappointed ...

This may have to do with your keyboard. Perhaps you have accidentally slipped into "sticky" mode.

I believe on Windows it's pressing the shift key five times in rapid succession. That turns sticky keys on or off. There should be a notification for it too.

Just an amusing aside :

You will notice my edit in the OP gives the reason "spelling atrocity" ...

My edit was to correct the spelling of " off ".

I shall let it stand for the sake of mirth, however by correcting the incorrect " of " - I made it doubly bad !! Lol !!
