Wasn't his soon-to-be brother-in-law some kind of military recruiter? He was set to marry Roof's sister, but when all this happened, they called off the wedding and the guy moved out of wherever he was living. I think I read that it was nearby where Roof was apprehended. I'm just throwing that tidbit of info out there.

Vigilant Guard 15 is STILL a mass casualty simulation geared towards natural disaster. It doesn't really matter how many times Vigilant Guard 15 is posted, it doesn't change what the primary aim of it was. Nor does it change the fact that the overwhelming majority of participants in it were national guardsmen, of which I don't recall seeing a single member of the NG at the scene of the charleston shooting.

Well if he showed up in a military database I'm pretty sure that would've been put on blast by now.

But since he doesn't, we can obviously conclude that just means he's top secret delta seal ranger commando and his name is redacted, because that makes more sense and is much more plausible than, say, he's not military or government.

He was an Army Reserve recruiter named Michael Tyo. The sister called the wedding off, and I haven't read anything about Michael Tyo leaving. Got a source for that?

Dylan was caught 3 miles from where he lived with his kids, by a previous marriage or something. My guess is Roof was headed there to kill them as well. He was apparently not invited to the wedding and I think it likely it will come out that he was not a fan of Michael Tyo.

Ok, first off I think this all is a coincedence. That out of the way, the conspiracy angle is pretty obvious to me; it gives the fbi, law enforcement, anyone out of the ordinary that would be necessary to pull off a false flag, reason to be in the area. Pretty simple stuff.
