It was refined recently, but Boeing has been working on VTOL designs similar to the Phantom Swift for about 30 years or so.

There are a few that can. Jet or prop? Give all the details about the shape you can remember. That will help.

It wasn't a jet. It looked like a regular commercial plane to me, I couldn't hear any noise from it either. I know the color of the plane was white and writing at the bottom was red, that's all I could see.

Very very cool thread!

When you say "regular commercial plane"...like a 737 or more like a Cessna type thing? Also, are you familiar with various airplane types in general like, commercial airliner, small prop plane, fighter jet, helicopter and so on?

That's the standard light pattern for the lights. As for the noise, I've been sitting on the taxiway waiting for F-16s, and heard them a quarter mile away, at taxi power, then had several F-16s fly overhead and barely heard them until they kicked power up.

Standard when I face west with camera and plane is heading Southwest?
I am viewing it from behind / Left side angle in the video.
