The 11th Amendment

The Judicial power of The United States
shall not be construed to extend to any suit
in law or equity,
commenced or prosecuted against one of the
United States by Citizens of another State,
or by Citizens or Subjects of any
Foreign State.

These lawful words need to be deeply
studied before signing new trade agreements.

Just a reminder.

Not that I disagree with you, but maybe we should start with this before tackling those semantics:

Before one enters on the Execution of one's Office, one shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:— “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Free trade as in corporations free to move more jobs overseas.

And get subsidies, tax breaks, less tariffs, free to do what they want.

own "state", it would still be considered
the Subject of a Foreign State.

Free trade means free to trade without hindrance. I mean produce there, ship here.

Cost savings for corporations is enormous, the US worker is ass out the job and the money to afford the imported goods.

We have been sold out..........The stock market,currency,media,political parties,IRS,banks,healthcare....ETC. These are all rigged and controlled by TPTB. The American dream is gone guys.

all free trade agreements on private business level are subject to global ones.
not much signing regular Tom will ever have a say about( personal opinion nothing more)

I say thanks god given people can't decide on one thing. selfish negotiations. it takes government 20 years to negotiate a deal on cheese..
