This is a 17 year old boy, the officer was 17 once why not just say well drive safely and let him go...he didn't need any ID for headlights flashed for it seems reasonable reasons right from the guys own mouth

I give them respect as I always have! It has ALWAYS meant I got to go home versus spending some time in a jail cell or DEAD!
If a LEO can decide to execute you based on lack of cringing and fawning, then it's time to make some adjustments to the legal system.

Third thing. In order for this to be decided in court, you still have to comply with the officers demands, such as. If he asks you to get out of the car,
again, read my post i fully explain this. But let me add for clarity. If a criminal wants to spend the money to outfit a $50,000+ cruiser, buy a light bar that cost another 2 grand and a body cam with a two closed circuit radios plus the cost of a new offical cop car paint job and hire someone to talk back to him on said prop just to pull people for the hell of it, all the power to them.
Oh yes but he did not prove he was an officer and if you get out of the car and he is not then what? they said we should ask for ID after the many fake cop rapes and abductions on the highway. He is a kid alone at night, should he get out? NO.
You are uninformed, it does not cost much at all and the uniforms can be bought at any uniform supply...
These are all recent, i could go one for hours putting these up..
Fake cop pulls over real cop

Car pulling you over -- is that a real cop?
Or, you can pull over immediately -- but keep your doors locked and only crack the window enough to pass your driver's license and registration through. AOL Autos: Fast, fuel-efficient cars
Third, get a good look at the "officer" and his credentials. If the "officer" is not in uniform, refuses to show you his badge -- or just flashes it briefly, so you can't get a good look -- keep that window rolled up and those doors locked tightly.

He did not deserve to be shot and killed! Period.
With that being said, he was asking for problems.
When he was pulled over, he showed how he is a victim of social engineering when the police officer said "I did not have my high beems on." What did the dude do? Argue with him!
Wouldn't it have been just as easy to say, "Wow! I'm sorry officer. I could have sworn your high beems were on so I was just flashing you to let you know. Sorry." End of story!
It just gets worse from there as this young kid did nothing more than dig his own grave!
Hate on the cops all you want, but when they pull you over? Don't be an idiot.
To refresh your memory? I already said, he didn't deserve to be shot and killed!

i still want to know how that cop couldn't handle a 130lb kid and was "in fear for his life" where did this guy go to police academy, girl scout camp??? i said it before and i'll say it again, if that cop can't handle a 130lb kid he shouldn't be on the force. that kid must have been some killer w mma training highest degree brazilian jujitsu belt to be able to overpower and scare a grown man police officer enough to "fear for his life". smh.

Lol yeah you go to the police to complain about the police! Like going to a gang to complain about a gang member, believe me this doesn't work, I know because for one it is common sense and for two I tried it... Want to know what the pigs did? They lied and made excuses for their gang member, funny that, who would have thunk it.
The kid had a right to defend himself, if a pig is in the wrong you can defend yourself... Lets take it to an extreme... Say a pig wanted to rape you and proceeded to do so, would you lay there and take it and complain after? Seriously, would you?
Cops are not gods I'm afraid as much as you seem to think so. So I don't care if the kid DID defend himself! He had a right to.

The cop is a proven 100% liar proven by his very own cam, he clearly refuses to give his badge number and then when the kid is filming he denies it point blank, just like he denied having his high beams on. Once you lie then everything else you say has to be brought into question.
The kid did nothing wrong and as such did not need to provide ID without probable cause he commited a crime. As far as I am aware... The cop had a bruised ego so wanted to teach the kid who was boss. The behaviour of this cop was unacceptable. Yet people will make excuses anyway!
Kid: "Show me your badge number."
Officer: "You can not see my badge number."
**Then the kid starts recording...
Kid: "You just told me you that I could not have your badge number. That's against the law, sir"
Officer: "My badge number... No, you asked me to show it to you... I can not show it to you"
Kid: "Yes, you said no..."
Officer: "My badge number... "
Kid: "You told me no... Is that correct?"
Officer: "No it's not..."
Kid: "It is correct, sir..."
