Mass UFO sighting in Russia!?

This just popped up on YouTube. Was wondering if anyone had heard anything more about it, maybe any eye witnesses could give us some more details? It is very strange indeed, never really seen UFOs flash so abruptly and in this number!

Anything from Thirdphaseofmoon is highly questionable, They are known for posting hoaxes.

Looks like CGI to me. The first few minutes when the camera closes in, you can see an outline of a box around the image. I'm not buying it. a reply to: jonwhite866

Could be but I've filmed lights in the sky at night and faint boxes do form due to low exposure. Hoping someone will pop up confirming the sighting.

I know just realized it jumped into it. Haven't heard of the video uploader before. Would've liked for more details before sending it into the HOAX section first which is a shame.

So alleged UFO's automatically get tossed into the HOAX bin now? No member analysis, feedback or debunking necessary just write it off?

Kinda takes the fun out of the debate or in this case lack thereof in my eyes.

So, the assumption is that these Russian guys secretly work for ThirdPhaseOfMoon, hence the video gets the hoax bin?

Seems like dubious reasoning to me.

From what I see, TPOM gathers videos (at least in part) from the general public. It's highly improbable that they are "making" all of the videos they post.

But hey, who am I to judge another person's prejudice?

How did I get "owned" for doing it? It got the attention I originally wanted instead of a few small statements. It being removed again just showed how limited ATS has become where anything can be trashed as long as 1 person dislikes it. I've seen worse threads in that section and they've stayed up.
