The Tentacles of the Octopus

The Octopus and the murder of Danny Casolaro. Back in the late 70's and early 80's there was a software company called Inslaw founded by William and Nancy Hamilton who were contracted by the DOJ to create software for Justice a couple of years later they simply stole it from The Hamilton's who found that the program had been modified to have a backdoor once it was installed in any computer PROMIS aka: Prosecutor's Management Information System.They discovered it when the RCMP called them for help.Casolaro became interested in the case when some of his friends in the tech industry began to talk about it.The more Danny dug the more other people and things came to light.Such as Earl Brian and Michael Riconosciuto who Casolaro nicknamed "Danger Man" an interesting aside once Riconosciuto began to talk he was warned to shut up or he would be in legal trouble.A couple of months later he was convicted on various drug charges.He revealed that he and Brian worked on PROMIS on the Cabazon Indian Reservation in California.Which was under the protection of Wackenhut Corp.Danny began to trace The Octopus which had it's roots in WWII and the Regan Era White House.As his investigation continued he began to receive threats and told his family if something happened to him it was no accident.On August 10,1991 he was found dead in his hotel room it was ruled a suicide.20 years on questions remain.
