Wessinger stressed that homicide means only that another person was involved. It is not tantamount to murder, though it includes murder, he said.

me thinks the op poster needs to be checked for homicidal tendencies based on his posts and what he advocates in them.

Homicide is the killing of one human being by another human being.

legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com...

It doesn't mean it is criminal.

If you killed somebody in self defense it would be considered a homicide.

Why do I get the feeling that you already knew this...

When will people learn?

I am so tired of hearing, "but he was a thug". It doesn't matter what he is, he gets a trial. Police can't be judge and jury and executioner. I, personally have had enough.

i know you know the ambiguity of the word crucify. your iq would suggest that you are better than this. check away, though i do have a history of fighting (successfully) the local law enforcement agencies criminals with badges. one deputy has been indicted DIRECTLY from my evidence along with others. and indirectly have spread the word about 2 certain top cops in this town/county that have led to federal investigations, and one of those leading to an indictment.

A criminal died....big whoop. He had just beaten his girlfriend, then attacked 3-4 officers....not a shocker here. Don't be a criminal and you stand a much better chance at nothing bad happening to you.....simple rule to live by.
