Human Rights

Are there such things as human rights that apply to every human?

of course there a human rights but it depends wich country you live in just go to google and type up your country and add rights or sumthing at the end like:rights for (country)

but fi your talking about world wide rights um go to the U.N for that one

I think that it'd be nice if there were universal rights, but the truth is that if you put two people alone in a room, their rights are determined solely by one another... one could decide to rob, murder, rape, or do worse things to the other, and, unless the victim were willing to resort to violence, they would be powerless to resist.
