So we all know that there is a lot of movies and TV shows with imagery associated with the 9/11 attacks. I have never seen this one before. What do you guys think? This is for the PC game "Missile Command" released in 1999.

I think its all in the eye of the beholder, I think it foretold nothing, paranoids will read what they wish into it though.
edit: even the only reply on the reddit page says REACHING

Eastern Australia huh? What part of NY is that?

Really?.
Both have nothing in common but planes.

No holograms in Missile Commander?

Are you serious? It's quite a stretch.

This is right up there with the theory that "The Simpsons" predicted 9/11.

Clearly the twin towers are in the bottom right corner of the game being struck with explosions. I find it just a bit coincidental.

The original Missile Command was for the Atari in the 1980's. The 1999 version was nothing more than another remake of a classic game. So unless there was someone sitting on the information for 20+ years, I really doubt it was a prediction for 9/11.

Obviously the game/packaging/format was redesigned for the 1999 release so only 2 years not 20. The original Missile Command has a entirely different box and was released on Atari.

Right but where did you see that I am claiming it proves something? I am just posting the material.

Can we please move beyond a world where every single image of skyscrapers getting blown up isn't immediately linked to 9/11?

The logic is so deeply flawed it's not even funny. For one, the towers were taken down by jet liners, not missiles. Two, The original Missile Command was released in 1980, only 7 years after the original twin towers were completed. That's not a very long time for someone to hatch a plan to bring down the towers using planes that didn't even exist yet (The 767 wasn't introduced until 1982), someone to catch WIND of that plan, and instead of going to the authorities about it, deciding to make a subtle reference to the disaster which is planned to take place in 20 years into a blippy bloopy Atari game. And then make the TERRIBLE mistake of showing missiles taking down the towers, instead of planes. What a blunder!

Come on now. It's fine to keep an open mind. Don't leave it so open that your brains start leaking out.

You didn't specify box art. I was going off the game itself. I don't recall anything in the game that could resemble a prediction. Nor on the box art.

the twin towers are being blown up on the bottom right side.

I didn't say anything about the original Missile Command. This is for the remake released in 1999 on PC.

I will bite since I feel not only bad for humans that cannot see very far but also for the slave masters that have ruled over you for thousands of years.

Ya really have to get away from this tribal group think and logical thinking you truly believe is logical that academia has trained you in. Very closed off circuit box intelligence. But it looks good on a certificate and you can impress your peers with getting to hob nob with other $cientists and High Classes.

No mystery the 2 towers were destroyed by space based weaponry or Directed Energy Weapons..remember Star Wars or SDi? It was a front. It was much more than shooting intercontinental ballistic missiles out of the sky. I know......but but but....they couldn't keep something like that a secret....right?

The Bill that never passed and was chuckled out of the hob nob community came a month too late I'm afraid.

No mystery- Australia- They are involved with these strange technologies that do not exist plus they find it humorous that they disclose all this to the sheep and they still cannot see it.

.au stands for the Australian Domain but it also stands for Astronomical Units

It isn't that our rulers and people in high places are all powerful as it is the sheep they rule over are so stunted and closed off spiritually. BLIND basically. Fact doesn't need your belief so punch as many holes in what I have said. Doesn't matter because its all matter ---matter of fact. I became like Tim long ago and I like it a whole lot better. Tim

This exists in game theory, and many, many places of popular culture: what does this mean? I don't know. I know the reference fairly constantly exists, and I have certain beliefs about that (if interested in what i'm saying, search my threads for I've written about time being circular and simulation overlays plenty, here.)

I think the common thread through all that is game theory may be the rule system by which this particular algorithmic reality is operating….

Still reaching to try to connect the two. Using your logic, Godzilla predicted it better than even Missile Command!

Oh, and Anna Nicole Smith is clearly in on it too.

Doesn't look like the twin towers there. Zoom in on the pic it's an exact copy of the twin towers.

I can post a picture and say it's for a game as well. That doesn't indicate you were excluding the game itself.
