I think I discovered the source. It's the HUGE intel plant overlooking the valley....low frequency hum combined with traffic.

As far as ive been in witness, because ive heard the war drums, trumpets, hums, ect, it was always a singular vimana doing it, and based off the fact these sounds dont come from the ground, space or earth as scientists realised it must be quantum entangled frequencies beamed from only the gods know where!

Yeah I thought it was intel as welll. But at 2 am? I thought all factories are not allow to be producing anything past certain hours.
