Methods

So some of my friends and I are interested in acheiving OOBEs as a group thing kinda. So I'm looking for some methods in achieving this, things that help you, things you recommend. Maybe with the information I've learned I'll do a little post about the notes I've put together and the expeirinces my friends and I have had. Okay, here's a list in topics I'd like some input in:

1.) achieving the state (step-by-step is prefered)
2.) Overcoming fears?
3.) protection the body for bad energies?
4.) Dos and Donts while OOB
5.) Things that will help

If you have any links you'd like to post that are helpful, those would be appreciated too. (sorry if my spelling is suckie right now) Um, that's basically it, hope to get some positive input!

Well, I guess you are amazed of this, since you can experience some of it every day. But only as a viewer. Probably you will never be able to take control of it, it's meant to be among those, who achieve a high standard of paranormal practise.

But I advice you to keep watching, you may love this interesting stuff.

What do you consider a "high standard of praranormal practise"? Curiousity.
