Some planes have landing lights that are in sets of three:
These bright non-blinking landing lights can sometimes be seen 20 miles away, and if the plane is heading in a direction generally toward the observer, they can appear to hover almost motionless for several minutes, or even have a slight side-to-side apparent motion. They are often also silent (unless they get closer) because of their distance from the observer.

Hi again justbe
I have stabilised as much as possible, and slowed down your video and converted it to a 'Gif' file. I tried to bring up the exposure but it didn't reveal any more detail. The interesting thing is changing from 2 to 3 lights. I have enhanced it as much as possible without introducing artefacts.
Lights in the sky are really frustrating but this one does show some unusual behaviour.
ETA: This is looping by the way for anyone who has been watching it for a few hours
"changing from 2 to 3 lights" could be due to changes in the point-of-view as the plane moves, sometimes obscuring one of the three landing lights either behind other parts of the plane.
