UFO on CERES 180 Degree Turn?

Looks like a tumbling ring-shaped object with 5 bulges on the perimeter of the ring. Problem is, is it something large near Ceres, or is it something like a lock-ring washer or ring-clip that happens to be tumbling around inside or right alongside the Dawn spacecraft?

It's just the Millenium Falcon trying to shake some Minocks off its hull. All kidding aside, these artifacts remind me of the old Lunar Orbiter photos that produced blemishes during development. But the Ceres photos are digital. Could be cosmic rays hitting the camera.

The artifacts are cool, but man, the bright spots are something else, huh?! Anybody know the orientation of Ceres in the GIF? Like, is Ceres revolving as much as it looks? If it is, and the bright spots stay illuminated as such, i find THAT even more interesting until it's sufficiently explained. (I don't know much about it, to start.)

If you mean the animated very close-up GIF that is taken from the NASA original, the image is inverted from the NASA GIF.
The actual picture is a series of limited frames from the NASA original cobbled together, hence the sped-up Keystone Cops effect.

The entire video strip needs to be released for us to make a better determination. Showing individual images is simply a crazy way of denying what was really imaged.
