Why am i a member not a Member?

Unless staff can actually type in the word then it would seem there is more than one piece of code that deals with the title or what ever the proper term is.

There is a difference in case on the member listing also. That seems to imply there might be two different values that represent 'member' and the case difference is in the description for their values.

That's my guess without any info on the database.

That could very well be the case. I was post banned, even though it was only for a few hours, but I lost my "Writer" status, and I do have a small "m". I just noticed that the person that I was arguing with when I was post banned also has a small "m".

I dont think its a post ban. I have been post banned a handful of times, by some of the very funny and awesome mods in this very thread. I still have my cap. Could it have anything to do with .... donations??? Doubt that too since the admins only started taking them this year.
