Does anybody find it alarming that this well "funded" report recommends training for faculty and staff as the first steps?

You would think the academics and intellectuals at the University would have done that decades ago.

I'm a victim of micro agression when I enter a room of stupid people. I feel very uncomfortable when I'm among "those" people. I demand that there needs to be more smart people, especially in Universities.

The eye holes should have mesh over them so that it makes eye color indistinguishable.

I see much more racism from the black than whites in my home town and frankly speaking, I am tired of it. 175 years ago maybe my family was an owner of slaves and maybe not. A lot of history is lost throughout time. One cenrtinty is, I nor my parents or grandparents were ever slavers so I don't have anything to be apologetic for.
I would love to see this silliness put behind us as we move into the 21 century as one people. It's time to quite wearing our feelings on our sleeve and realize what a wonderful life is to be had.

The problem with this trend, this irrational sickness, is that it is plain as day that this is an agenda playing out. It's not really doing anyone a favour and one could make a list of any number of different manipulations playing out with this situation. It's not a coincidence so trying to play it off like it's just a series of isolated irrational situations is not really getting to the meat of the problem. Not when the trend has been steadily accelerating for these last 20 something years. Steadily getting bolder and madder.

And for the kids growing up in this environment this is the new normal. They like it, it's hip, they're all trying to outdo each other by being sanctimonious, tolerant and painfully sensitive. We're raising a generation of inculcated sissies. Look at these hipster types, a lot of these grown ass men are at least 50% girls these days. They're not inherently enlightened and incredibly compassionate, they've been conditioned to act this way. They would have been NSDAP party members if they were Germans in the 30's. They're not rebels, they're your average conformists doing what they do best, conforming.

They're spawning rebels though, cause the young people not caught in this spell are getting fed up with this madness. And they're getting radicalised also. Political unity is a dream in this day and age and they've got us by the balls. Only supreme upheaval could save us at this point, the downside is that it would also destroy us.

I agree. I'm no lover of mainstream Republicans either, hell I'm not even American but cultural Marxism knows no borders and I find it far more insidious than the klutzy and obvious corruption of greedy elitist Republicans. George Bush was an obvious target, Obama not so much. People treated Obama like he was the messiah for a while there and they're still making excuses, Obama is a more dangerous president than Bush.

I don't believe any ideology that sits itself on a high horse preaching tolerance just because they say they're good but apparently a lot of people do and they neglect to believe or pay any attention to the insidious manipulations behind such pretensions. But yes, this beast has two heads and they play off each other. I don't subscribe to that dog and pony show, I don't even subscribe to democracy these days. Not in these days of vacuous spectacles and indoctrination, the bread and circuses are doing far too good of a job and people are too ignorant and apathetic. Sooner or later they'll have a rude awakening however. Then they might care.

Ah but it would provide a lot more entertainment than television! I honestly have the gut feeling that the Bolsheviks at the top actually want this to happen because it solves a number of serious problems for them that neither they nor their predecessors had the brains or the stones to even address and that is their own severe overspending and that of the excess population. Violent social unrest would allow for massive theft of wealth and assets as they could just go door to door and take whatever we have stored up for their own including the property rights. And reducing the excess population would not only lessen those that realize the government is the enemy and must be resisted, but it would be a boom to the economy as well due to the reduction in a workforce that has nowhere nearly enough jobs as it has workers. Plus they could bring in all the super cheap slaves they needed should there be a shortfall from the jungles of Central and South America.

Black people are in the minority in the US. There are going to be more white people in almost every situation than there are black people. Get over it.

Maybe racist things like affirmative action need to be abolished so we can progress. Affirmative action in 2015 is the number one cause of racial divide in America. Whites hate blacks for getting things they don't think they deserve, and Blacks hate whites for thinking they need it to survive.

The reality is that in 2015 we have something called globalism. The global economy doesn't care what color you are unless you are green.
