Hello from inner PNW

I just want to say Hi to everyone here.

As most it seems I have been scoping and trolling ATS for a few years now. My personal interests run basically through all the forums. I look forward to learning from and discussing things with all of you.

My background is of USMC and landscape technologies. I do not believe those two have narrowed down my critical thinking process too far. Although I have been accused of not being able to see the big picture recently. By someone who I felt eventually was correct.

At the moment we just have overcast skies. It hasn't rained for almost 2 days. Drought panic! LOL

I know all about it. Lived on Vancouver Island for 6 years. April showers lead to May thunderstorms.

You got it! Then come June drizzles which lead to July heat waves in the 90's. Which leads to my drinking month.

Enjoying the rain? Looks like the Wash. Governor says there's a massive drought for the state, which local news says excludes the inner Eastern side. Guess we can expect, if the drought warnings continue on(despite or not the Politics of the Western drought, etc), more people coming this way.

Got a nice steady light drizzle rolling on right now.
I think we may be talking water restrictions this summer for the reason of super low snowpacks.
