current uk population 63 million uk population
so 13% of 63 million gives us 8293193.61 thats 8 million people and they have been given 1 seat for 8 million people

Not really, only about 44 million actually bothered to vote the turn out was only about 65%.

Biggest part of the problem is people who don't bother voting.

Britain is a corporate ruled Oligarchy.....It really is. So are many other countries including the US,Canada,Entire EU they are controlled by the exact same Oligarchy.

I find it ironic the OP is wanting a Democracy when is fact this is what lead to the Oligarchy. Even the US with it's constitution that is supposed to stop this crap failed to listen to it's founders.

Democracies will always fail......Always. Oligarchies are formed and power is consolidated into fewer and fewer hands.

this is still proportional and its still millions for 1 seat.
funny how im the first to actually put a number on this instead of a percentage to confuse the general populace .
and in reality it was most likely far higher ..

13% of the vote and 1 seat a democracy haha, this election is faked,no one in this country wants to privatise the nhs and if you really believe this was the true vote then ill be interested in what psy-ops rubbish your going to hit me with.

we the people know we did not vote this ,we love our nhs and are proud of it.

interesting statistics
current uk population 63 million uk population
so 13% of 63 million gives us 8293193.61 thats 8 million people and they have been given 1 seat for 8 million people

that includes babies, young children, and pre teens? who are not allowed to vote?

well im sure the numbers are still high ,as can clearly be seen so there is no need to detract from the fact a very large proportion of the uk public are being ignored and proves this is not a democracy

Both your statistics and understanding of how our voting system are wrong.

I will leave it at that.

I can explain it to you but I cannot understand it for you.

personally attacking me for a failed democratic system is not objective, the current system is archaic .

i know fully how our system works and its corrupt ,we have to face it and admit it.
and only then can we enter logical discussion

its still 5 million people being ignored and thats based on electoral roll for registered voters in 2013 and so its more than 5 million
heres a link link to registered voters im sure you know how to use a calculator to get 13 %

So did you vote in the 2011 referendum?

Have you been actively campaigning for a PR system prior the the result of the general election?

Or are you simply now stating that you feel robbed by the system that is used in the election of goverment because the party you voted for failed to get more than 1 seat?

See here's the thing, I voted for UKIP along with 3,881,128 other people but only one MP was elected due to the first past the post system, but I'm not whining about it because I actually like the system where we all know who we are voting for in our constituency.
I knew the UKIP guy and the Lib-Dem in my area, both decent blokes, but I went UKIP as a tactical protest vote because I want that EU referendum. As it happens, we got a Conservative MP, and a stable majority government which has made the SNP MP's vote in Parliament rather toothless. That pleases me.

Bye bye Barnett Formula, bye bye Scottish MP's voting on solely English issues, bye bye any threat of the SNP and Labour to bankrupt the country with their socialist policies. Win win as far as I see it.
I'm not particularly drawn towards changing to PR instead of FPTP, but in the event of any campaign or vote regarding changing the situation I probably would support change....or maybe not, I would have to see the details.

I'm dyslexic. Sorry about that

Of course that just blows my mind- I had no idea they were ruining the world that far back.
