I really like this new song!

Ok so I was listening to the radio the other day and they started over playing this one new song but I think it's good so I don't kmind that they play it every hour here.

Some songs are made for singing around a fire with friends and beer, that's one of them.

They are brothers and sister...1st record was COOL KIDS....great tune.

I have listened to Echosmith ever since their single Cool Kids came out. The first time I heard that song I was hooked. It is great to see true talent in these kids. Love it!

Great song actually and had a little more depth to it.

I have such particular taste in music I didn't like it as I considered I might. Perhaps if they got the vocal tempo sorted, it sounds too staccato and doesn't flow well, sort of jumpy stop start. She has a nice voice, but it isn't my preference to listen to soft womens voices in songs.

They could probably be 50% improved with the right direction, I see it a lot, basic ingredients there but not used to their best.

No doubt, they have talent and there are people that like their stuff, it was just some constructive criticism, I think they could do better.

I do understand that people don't like even constructive criticism though. I teach art and the looks I get when I suggest ways of improving the drawing /painting skills of students sometimes is not a look of thanks, but it is said in a nice way and for their own development, those that take the advice, see improvements. People have to be open to learning instead of thinking they 'got it all down to a T' when they don't, it is a form of delusion.

Yep I hear you on that! I don't mind being critisied about my writing short stories and poems. It does help to develope a better way of putting down those letters! LOL!! Kudos to you for being a Teacher. I see that as one of the best sources of Joy in ones life. To help guide a mind to a better world is awesome! Thank You for doing your part!!!

Thanks. We are all learning, even the experts. The old masters of art were trained, despite their immense talent. Collectively, humanity has to get back to master craftsmanship and excelling at skills to move forward, sometimes it's all in the detail. Appreciating aesthetics and quality art, literature and music expands the mind and enables higher order thinking.

Very Well Said! I am one for details. They are not present in My writings as much as I'd like and am working on that. I get so picky about details here at home it drives My wife, and prob our older kids crazy!!! LOL! Perfectionist Perhaps? LOL!!!
