You should write to Oath Keepers and ask if they would come to Baltimore.

Their answer might surprise you.

Again, I am going by the words in your source. They say they were arrested for blocking sidewalks/roads.

It is your information, what are you going on about the tv?

When Ferguson blew up and many cities in the country protested as a result, the Feds did not step in, so I do not see that happening now..

not unless all these cities start looting and rioting.. and most people wont. In that sort of thing, it is usually just a handful of instigators..

The "source" is hours old.

I was trying to update some of the NY protesting.

I'm not knocking the chip off of your shoulder.

I agree the police in NY might be violating free speech.

Take the chip off.

Get a grip and wake up.

We got a taste of that at the 2004 Republican National Convention in NYC.
They had penned up "free speech zones" then proceeded to arrest everyone and lock then in a warehouse on a pier without food, water ,rest rooms. or lawyers
They crushed any thought of protest for a long while after that, it wasn't until Occupy that anyone dared try again.

Is that how they operate? You have to actually write a letter to them like some Bat Signal? Don't they get newspapers?

If that's really the case, I'll start writing letters this week.

That is RT.. cannot stand that source..

here is one that was just updated about 11 minutes ago, by the time I post this..

Police reported at least 100 people in custody waiting to be processed as of 10:30 p.m., many along the West Side Highway near the tunnel.

Marchers were warned to stay off the street and not to block traffic or risk getting arrested. The NYPD handed out flyers and announced their rules of engagement with an audio recording.

NYPD Capt. Brendan Timoney was struck on the chin by a flying object at Fifth Ave. and 17th St., cops said.

There's no word on other injuries.

openly, they did not. but it seems to me they are losing control, and more people see what is going on every day. they will at some point, if more cities follow suit. all it takes is one trigger happy cop, and i myself will be personally coming to do my part. do you not think at least some of these anti-tyranical or oath keeper groups are going to say it is time to fight back?

But we cannot buy into this us verses them mentality that they want us to have...

ANYONE who actually lives in the inner cities also knows, we don't want our sons and daughters hooked on drugs, selling drugs, prostituting, and destroying their lives...

we want more than this, better than this.. but so long as drugs are being pushed and such, it will happen. We need the cops - it is NOT us verses them..

the only us verses them there is, is us verses those who will change the laws and take away our constitutional rights..

The bad apples need to go when found... but they don't represent the whole just like the thugs and bad people don't represent the whole.

Plenty awake, which is why I asked how they can arrest for protesting.

No chip here.

This is getting old already.

Occupy didn't pan out for them so they have been trying to blow up every perceived injustice that a small neighborhood experiences into civil war.
Nobody cares if they trash their blue state suburbs, it is not going to incite the entire nation.

We repair after hurricanes, this is nothing compared to that devastation. So we will repair after they have their tantrums and they fail yet again for the umpteenth time to have an arab spring style revolution.

For years we have talk about constitutional rights has been eroded, by the federal government and state level, people ask, well what rights we have lost, all it takes is what is going in NY last night to find out.

Walk in air if you want to exercise your rights to peaceful assembly.

All the protests and rallies that are happening for Freddie Gray...where were these (supposedly) caring people when Freddie Gray was alive...when he needed moral support and help...I'm just saying.

Very true, the same way that all the peaceful protest are not covered by the media until is chaos and mayhem, sometimes that is all it takes for people to wake up, sadly is at the expenses of public property and lost of life like in the Baltimore case.

All spontaneous protesting is at the control of the MSM.

You can't protest what you don't know about.
