So it appears that Mr. Hawass has once again proved that he is a puppet and a joke...becoming extremely defensive as Mr. Hancock is trying to explain his theory to him. Mr. Hawass got particularly upset when Mr. Hancock showed him a slide of a theorized explanation behind the construction of the Egyptian structure, taken from the work of Robert Bauval.

I don't know about you ATsers....but I smell something fishy, let us say, extreme corruption? Why is Zahi Hawass getting so defensive over a simple debate that Graham Hancock is trying to have? What secrets and ancient physics/technological information do the pyramids and under The Sphynx hold?

There's already a couple threads about this, and Hawass storming out had nothing to do with any of Hancock's nonsense. Hs got angry at the inclusion of a photo of Bauval, whom he believes was involved in vandalism.

According to Bauval, it was because he met a German couple later after the Germans had apparently removed some Egyptian artifacts. The other problem was that Hawass, when asked about Gobekli Tepi, he said "Gobekli what?"

I didn't know if it was appropriate to say what was on the other forum so I never made a thread about it.
