Wait, wait, wait. How do push back against something that just offers pamphlets and manuals with suggestions on how to improve things? I got an idea, instead of wasting time and money on a bill how about you just read any of the pamphlets? Agenda 21 is not a law, has no power and is simply a think tank to suggest ideas. You can take the suggestions or not. Nobody really cares.
