The official excuse is that internet radio is cheaper to operate. I listen regularly to Norwegian web radio. Seems even the radio aether is to be weaponized.

First, traditional radio is a dying medium, and internet radio is significantly cheaper to operate.

Second, HAARP, even before it was dismantled, was never "weaponized", nor could it have been. It simply doesn't work that way. Were you to spend even 10 minutes learning about the technology, this would be quite apparent.

Third, dutchsinse? Really? What little remained of your credibility after posting the HAARP nonsense was lost for good the minute you used dutchsinse as a "source".

Want some advice? Get off of YouTube and ridiculous conspiracy sites run by liars, step away from the computer, and go get some fresh air.

Edit: Who in the hell is flagging this tripe???

This is much like dropping analog TV signals for digital. Norway is dropping FM analog; digital broadcasting will remain / expand.

*edit - I haven't heard anything regarding what frequency bands will be used.

And that's the real reason because dutchsinse says so? Sources? Cross-references? Rational sane thought?

Nope. Thought not.

Keep feeding the cabbages.

A number of years ago the UK stopped all UHF analogue TV broadcasting and went fully digital. Oooh, scary!!!!! Not really.

the " official excuse " as you so falaciously put it is NOT that " internet radio " is cheaper

hint - " internet radio " does not work when you dont have internet

the truth is that nowray is rescinding FM broadcast licences because DAB radio [ digital audio broadcasting ] has replaced FM as the medium of choice for comercial applications

So how exactly does one weaponise radio?

Also, EISCAT is already operating at 224MHh, so it was already sharing the same frequency as FM radio, the beam is so narrow though that you'd have be virtually directly over the facility to receive it, you do realise this, right?

I'll invite Bedlam to join the thread, he'll be able to tell you exactly what's going on, and correct me if I'm wrong too.

I'm not sure Dutch has really thought this through

Officially, the powers that be would have you believe FM is being done away with because digital is much cheaper to operate, and offers more options. Technically, this might be true, however the real reason FM is being shut off is much deeper than meets the eye.

Norway isn’t just “shutting off” FM becasue Digital radio is “better”. Norway is freeing up FM bands for OTHER uses coming soon, for sure the FM band won’t stay silent very long!

Thus it appears 233.0FM is going to be broadcasting LOUD AND CLEAR come 2017.

I can hear it now

“HOTT 233.0FM EISCAT — Burning up the airwaves with your favorite top 40 ionospheric “hits”!

In order to understand how close these frequencies overlap, FM Radio working in the 100MHz band… EISCAT working in 200MHz band, see the charts below which break down the RF (radio frequency) spectrum.

In the UK DAB uses frequencies between 174.928 MHz and 229.072 MHz

The BBC's national DAB ensemble broadcasts on frequency block 12B (225.648 MHz) across the United Kingdom

Norway

Spectrum
In accordance with international frequency spectrum agreements, five multiplexes are coordinated for digital radio, four in the VHFband (174-240 MHz) and the remaining in the L-band (1452-1479,5 MHz). A sixth multiplex in the VHF band is coordinated for digital television (DVB-T) but may also be employed for DAB/DMB.

I'm not sure he's thought anything through..

He believes he invented a Galvanic Cell Battery and that Stanford stole his idea.

Makes for hilarious reading.

Haarp is just one of many of the real mckoy weaponized, and very much utilized, scalar weapon facilities.

1) HAARP doesn't exist anymore
2) It was never a 'weapon'.

FFS at least get a Ham radio license or something (I've had one for over 20 years) and actually try and learn about radio, how it works and what it's used for. And I don't mean one of those low grade licenses you can get now, but a top level one where you actually learn the physics behind it. Then keep learning.

I've forgotten more about the subject than the idiot who wrote the article has ever or will ever know.
