Animated Data UFO Map

i debated the thread-worthiness of this UFO sighting map that's posted on the Coast-To-Coast website.
It's too busy, too cluttered, imho, but I guess it may come in handy to someone researching... looking for UFO hotspots around the world, or frequency of sightings in given areas.

The map displays sighting locations around the world since 1933.

I saw this the other day somewhere...
It is cool except it goes way too fast for me.

I couldn't figure out if there was a way to slow it down or
a way to "zoom" in to see the exact location.

There is a zoom scale in the upper left. However I was unable to locate a way to slow it down , not even in the right click options. May try to save it off and open in Divx or WMP and see if those have a speed scale that works for this.Otherwise the still at the top is fairly interesting.

I think its pretty cool, but who and how decides what is relevant to add to it.

I thought that was pretty funny.... very few "sightings" in Ontario Canada(kastan). I guess we must be so focused on beers, babes and bacon, we just never look up LOL.

I like the UFO Stalker Map. It's really cool and lists details for each sighting in a easy to use, organized way.

Anyone notice the constant blip going on at the eastern corner of the northern border of Manitoba? (Right where it meets Hudson's Bay)

Nice catch! Must be some sort of glitch, from looking at the map, I doubt there is any permanent habitation within 200km or so of that point, so I don't know who would be reporting sightings there - over many decades.
