OMG True, I LOVE how you write, so very eloquent and amusing! I would love to go out partying with you! You remind me of my wild youth when I would go out with friends. Hell, now my big night out with friends is a restaurant and two drinks. LOL

Looks like if my Brother Jim can get the place cheap enough, he will buy it.

Oh, Pheonix, yes the house was all paid for, but now that Mom is gone it will be sold and my Sister, two Brothers and I will share in whatever it sells for. Please pray that my Brother or whoever buys it won't make the rent impossibly high!!!!!!

Hey Martin and Night!!

It's confession time.
I've basically been here all day. In my jammies...from last night.
I haven't brushed my teeth or my hair.
Been pigging out on little donuts, and pretty sure I have food in my hair.

Absolutely nobody needed me today!!
I'm not sure if this is a mini-breakdown...or relaxation? (The line is fine methinks!)

Anyways....even though nobody has been home (mostly)...it's been fun being here!

Oh, and yeah...a little part of me is disgusted by me today...but the little mini donuts take away the pain, hahaha....

I've had a weird day today.
Unusual jobs to do at work. (Mostly Christmassy stuff... How DO you make "LIST PRICE £17995 OUR PRICE £12995" Christmassy??)
then, Recycling left over roast chicken into something palatable and presentable for dinner! (Cue BigG's homemade Chicken and Rice soup with sweetcorn and parsley, followed by a creamy mushroom & Chicken casserole)
Then I won a share of 1st place in a Logo design contest for another site!
Then I find a strange creature in the Shed?? LOL

could be worse!

Hahahaha....when I was a receptionist (years ago)...a salesman told me he had 4 kids....Adolf, Rudolph...Get Off...and Stay Off....(get it? lol) (Guess what the 5th would be called? Fluff Off?)

Dear Kitty, this may be explain a little of who I am and that I do not have a fit if answers don't arrive pronto.

I used to be a sailor in the merchant marine. It would take me a month or more to compose a letter and perhaps two months before the answer caught up with me.
It is only if I feel I have been too assertive I get worried.

Go learn some Ojibway Kitty or ask them to teach you drumming it is a sacred art.

Well, interesting night.

One of the best electrical storms ever!

Mach winds (Well, seemed like it!) rain ignoring gravity and the sky lit up for christmas.

Awesome .... except for the dog panting heavily and staying as close as he could. Nice enough during the day, but at night .... oh well, at least one of us enjoyed it.

No damage here, just lost power for a while, twice.

Night ... I had part of my career working in the house rental arena.

Better to have a long term tenant that looks after the place rather than chasing maximum rent. So hopefully, your brother understands this. Other wise, he will be in for a world of hurt.

Pixies are baking chocolate chip cookies with walnuts! Get outta my way! Uh oh, Sophie stole a few and hid them behind the couch.

Martin put her hand on the cave wall to steady herself because she was suddenly feeling light headed. She thought she heard someone say her name but when she turned her head she saw nothing but darkness.

“Hello” Martin called softly, always mindful of her powerful voice.

“Hello” she called a bit louder until she finally screamed “Hello, is there anyone out there?” but nothing came to the sound of her ears in return, not even an echo.

“It’s all the same volume in here.” a soft sweet voice said in reply. But “said” isn’t quite the right word, for Martin didn’t hear the words with her ears but in her head.

“Yes, I am communicating with you without speaking. Something I understand you really need to learn to do.” the Voice chuckles softly. The Voice’s laughter feels like a small tickle in Martin’s mind, it is actually very pleasant.

“No time for questions.” The Voice said quickly. “If I get caught there will be hell to pay. OK listen up and listen good: There is an evil sorceress who is trying to gather all of the power in Accasia to use to rule this world. She is currently looking for one of the items like yours. She does not know that your necklace is not the one she seeks. There is one that looks exactly like yours but with different color stones and much more power behind them. This necklace belongs to your ghost. Save the ghost, she (and her necklace) will be the key to winning your next battle. This world depends on you and your friends. Be safe.”

And suddenly Martin’s ears are filled with so much sound it hurts. Light comes flooding into her eyes so that she cries, catching herself just in time. She turns around to the group and realizes that no one heard anything or even seemed to have noticed. How strange.
“Um, excuse me.” Martin said, trying to get everyone’s attention. “I was just given a message…..

…and Martin proceeded to tell everyone what “The Voice” had just told her.

OK guys I finally got the story going. Hopefully this will help bridge the stories.

I like to turn out all of the lights at night during a lighting storm. It’s so pretty to watch nature light everything up. And then counting to see if it’s getting closer or further away and how fast.
