Only in america...
Right, because stuff like this never happens anywhere else. Get over yourself.
You sound like a typical patriot who licks the shoes of your country regardless of what crap they step on.
No actually, never heard of this kind of stupidity from a judge in any other country. I mean have I read about strange things going on in other countries regarding law? Sure, like this? Against a 3 yr old? Never.
And you sound like typical US hater who hates simply because you were told to hate.
No this isn't the first time in world history that a judge abused his power like this.

I get it, you're made because you didn't get any stars on your post. Is that it? Do you want a star? If I give you a star will it shut you up? Trust me, my statement remains true. I just did a search in your favor, looked for something similar to this and found nothing about a judge vs a child. What I did find sadly was this disgusting article.

Another American judge..
Listen Mr patriot, America is not a bad country by any means but the people in power are complete idiots save for a few. I don't need to hate America or love it to know that much.

Sounds like reverse racism on several counts.
The meathead that broke into the house is still guilty any way they look at it.
Jordan wrote in a victim impact statement that her daughter was still "in constant fear of black men." Both robbers were African-American.
...
"Whenever we are running errands, if we come across a black male, she holds me tight and begs me to leave," the mother said. "It has affected her friendships at school and our relationships with African-American friends."
"I am offended. … I am deeply offended that they would be victimized by an individual and express some kind of fear of all black men," [Judge Olu Stevens] said.
...
"This little girl certainly has been victimized, and she can't help the way she feels," he said. "My exception is more with her parents and their accepting that kind of mentality and fostering those type of stereotypes."
...
"Do three year olds form such generalized, stereotyped and racist opinions of others?" he wrote. "I think not. Perhaps the mother had attributed her own views to her child as a manner of sanitizing them."
..
He noted in court and in his post that "the statement played absolutely no role in the sentencing decision."
..
"I wasn't criticizing the victims, I was criticizing a statement that I thought was a generalization against an entire race of people," he said.
Wallace and his accomplice, Marquis McAfee, both 27, were arrested about three weeks after the robbery. Both pleaded guilty and McAfee, who was on probation for a prior crime, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which he is serving.
But Stevens said in court that Wallace had no prior convictions for violent crimes and strong support from his family and friends, who wrote letters to the judge noting that he had won the "Johnny Unitas Scholar Athlete Award" at Iroquois High School and stayed out of trouble during 17 months in jail awaiting trial.
Stevens said in court that "more times than not" he sends offenders who use firearms during their offenses to prison, but in this case "I think the equities weigh in favor of you having the opportunity to redeem yourself."
(Tommy Gray, father)
...
I don't have a recommended sentence but I feel like probation is not enough. This crime will effect my daughter for the rest of her life and Mr. Wallace deserves to serve time. If holding a little girl at gunpoint gets you probation, then our system is flawed.

This is wrong on so many levels. Blaming the victims, letting the offender off and then going public on facebook.

Pretty sure that if you were an impressionable three year old, you'd be scared of whatever waltzed into your home and terrorized you. It's not outrageous for a child to be scared of something that violated what is supposed to be a safe environment.
The thread isn't based on a false premise. The judge, while not coming out and saying it directly, did imply child's fear and the parent's fostering of that fear, was racist. Screw that judge. He's garbage who doesn't deserve to preside over anything.
On a side note... Probation!? Really!!? It's a shame someone in the family wasn't armed.
"I am offended. … I am deeply offended that they would be victimized by an individual and express some kind of fear of all black men," he said.
...
"I wonder if the perpetrator had been white would they be in fear of white men. The answer would probably be no."
"Whenever we are running errands, if we come across a black male, she holds me tight and begs me to leave," the mother said. "It has affected her friendships at school and our relationships with African-American friends."
"This little girl certainly has been victimized, and she can't help the way she feels," he said. "My exception is more with her parents and their accepting that kind of mentality and fostering those type of stereotypes."
A black judge in Kentucky gave a home invader and armed robber a light sentence because he said he feels that the three-year-old white victim was a “racist”

That's because it is racist you #wad. That is the exact DEFINITION of racism. You just immediately associate the term was an attack on someone's substance as a person because you yourself are probably scared of being called one. Get your head out of your ass and start using it for something productive.

I'm outraged that an ignorant judge is too stupid to recognize what a traumatic experience that is for a three year old girl. That almost makes me wish that I lived in Louisville so I could vote that garbage judge out.

ME thinks this is going to get reported to the ACLU and their countys highest law enforcer. Even al sharpton can see the racism of that judge.(although he wont admit it)
May get reported to ACLU, but the judge is already defending his statements on his facebook page and in the press. Either way, unless this is heavily picked up on by MSM, it will likely disappear in the next day or so.
