OK,

whenever I load a page on ATS this loads as well, but I cannot find any details on exactly what it is capturing?

Is it harmless? is it tracking only me? i have had this on multiple PC's (home and work)

Still ,tracking cookies still remain until cleared or reach eol . Normally , this type of cookie is harmless just tracks to get your preferences on searching , etc. Most are done anonymously , they dont even track IPs
