I hope if you not already...you can seek professional medical and psychological counseling where you can talk all this out.
There are no easy answers, but I do know the ability to discuss your feelings is a benefit.
Im an EMT and no expert nor qualified, but I personally and respectfully don't think you are possessed. And its certainly not unusual for any of us...all of us in fact...to be a little confused in our lives.
Good luck and God Bless! MS

If demons exist, then they'll say anything to lead you away from Christ...and I can tell you that demons are real from personal experience.

Hmm, don't listen to the folk claiming it's Djin or Demons or that you need Jesus. I don't have schizophrenia but I have years of experience with sleep paralysis and all the lovely horrors associated with it. From Demons, Sprites, Shadow people, the Grey's and so on. At first it was terrifying and I thought I was being attacked from paranormal entities and I was becoming possessed, but it only ever happens at times of great anxiety. I put it down to a stressed, hallucinating mind unable to shut off in a state of sleep paralysis. My experiences were purely psychological, as is yours.

Self-diagnose can be very dangerous.
