I hope that this is YOUTHFUL obliviousness.
The correlation of St Ronnie to actual good is minimal and has been extensively researched.
He was a bad President for all the right reasons.
I will not discuss his interference in hostage negotiations (a treasonous act) which propelled him into a role (literally) for which he had no acumen
or his dismantling of the Middle Class, no instead I will only cite that his spouse ran the place while he was out to lunch by following her
Astrologer's advice.
The distinguishing characteristic of his eight years of horror was that he was mostly oblivious.
He was not a bad man. He was just a cipher reading cue cards.
