That is one place I would love to see!
here is a 5 minute documentary on it. Not sure how old it is, but was uploaded in 2009 and mentions upgrades that they were doing back then. Pretty cool stuff!

War is inevitable. We wanted this for so long. Every move we made was to this end. I feel dirty for paying into it.

Russia has build and building 5000 new bunkers for their residents in Moscow alone (not including other places).
