Good day,
I'm watching a "marathon" this evening of the new USA TV network show called "Dig."

Conspiracies, religion, Armageddon, Temple Mount and so forth.

Seems like a decent show. I've not seen any threads in the Television forum, so am wondering if anyone else here is watching, and if so, what do you think?

Not sure I'm following the story line well - hoping others have more clarity around where it's heading story-wise and if there are any "real" pieces to it.

Can you tell I'm bored today?

That is amazing.
I am doing the same thing on my 4th episode in a row tonight.
Plus you are a Tolkien fan!

My wife and I have been tuning in over the last few weeks. It seems to be disjointed, following several threads of storyline as they merge towards a coherent whole. Neither of us are impressed with it. It seems like various different plots from movies and history channel what if's all rolled into one.

I guess it is not planned as an on going series but rather as one of a new trend of short, one season plots. Neither of us will miss it when it doesn't come back again.

Eh..I have enjoyed these first 4 episodes.

Being a fan of GoT , Tarantino and a whole host of other things that involve multiple story lines the approach to this show so far has not annoyed me.

To each his or her own.

Yep - a LOTR fan here. I do love a good conspiracy show. Not sure if Dig will make sense in the end. Hoping. Not an Anne Heche fan, but Jason Isaacs is an actor I enjoy.

I like it, I'm a bit "adhd" myself so I don't mind the multiple story lines, but am hoping they all make sense and aren't disappointing in the end.

I've caught the first few episodes and so far I'm thinking maybe the boy Joshua is Jesus returned, or at least that religious group is trying to assume he is. Joshua = Yeshua?

I think the boy will probably end up being one of many clones, engineered from the blood from the spear of destiny, or something similar.

This show will probably end with the agent and the cop figuring it out just in time to experience the end times.
