No they are not trying to "kill everyone". Quite the opposite. They have an interest to keep the population healthy and numerous, in order to have plentyfull supplies of hands on deck. Look what the aftermath of the black plague meant for the rich and powerful.

No amount of preparing will be enough. Only way you can truly prepare is to be saved. Once jesus returns all hell is gonna break loose.

No they are not. At least not here, in some parts of africa where people are in the way of resources, yes. But here an oversupply of hands on deck is most desirable so about every job is a minimum wage job.

If we wouldnt have had the plague we could still live in an outright open feudal state (as opposed to living in a somewhat broken up feudal state).

Although it has gotten better and America is not the world's fattest country anymore quite a lot of people are scheduling themselves for termination quite well through their lifestyle
