My friend sent me this talking about how it coincides with the water problems in CA. I don't post much but came to ATS to see if anyone else picked this up and could not find anything. Mods move/edit if necessary.

I live in Phoenix and the only thing we need to fear is Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Thanks, I did a quick search and didnt mean to repost however, I think correlation my buddy was making is to enforce water rationing perhaps.

I posted because it seems damn scary. They did it in Boston, no reason they can't do it somewhere else.

I wonder if martial law preparations (I think preparation is conspiracy fact) take into account resident firearm ownership (For instance, Utah vs Arizona)
