My reasoning is I had a friend pass away and he posted on here. Only to find out the thread was gone, deleted.

I was hoping to share some of his material, but it is gone.

Dont you think a nice private conversation with any of the owners here would have been more productive than starting out claiming censorship and free speech rights?

Then they will find an excuse to delete it. Seen it happen, and if you visit to some "other" websites they have entire screen shots of threads that prove this. That and since I have been watching this site since 2008, have seen it my self...

Google by its nature will archive its crawler history, and will give you a search response of the page being available. But in reality that history might have been purged or deleted by the server it resides on.
