Based on that evidence that has never been uncovered due to corrupt policing, I take it?

I was talking about evidence of child abuse - not speculation and allegation - rather than general political malpractice.

"Perhaps if all children over the age of 7 were told they'd get £100 every time they reported an adult trying to molest them, we'd see a decrease in such activities"
Somehow i suspect all we would witness is a alarming number of children deciding to report non extant sex abuse. £100 is still a lot of monies especially so to a child. How would that even work anyway, kid turns up a Police station makes an allegation then receives £100? I imagine that would be there week end covered.
That idea has about as much chance of functioning effectively as a snowball does in hell. Children that do experience molestation certainly exhibit mood swings due to the fact that they have little or no direct outlet for there emotions. Sympathy should be a given in that respect.

Would you expect your own children to do it? Wouldn't that be indicative of having very bad parenting?

Okay, if monetary recompense isn't the right carrot to present children with to be more open about what is happening to them, what do you suggest?
All human history is ruled by the worst possible examples of these types.

As someone who was in care as a young teen, I can tell you that if that fat SNIP had molested me, he'd have been doing his next bit of molesting with at least one less eyeball. I also know that there were lots of other wayward youths just as violent as I was, so I have to wonder if those that were targeted were already known to have been abused by someone before they were put in care. It does seem awful strange that not one rowdy teen ever gave one of these sickos an experience they'd live to regret.
