I firmly believe we are all subject to this.
I'll just bet you do... I'm not subject to it and I rebuke such an idea. It seems like I will be writing this message on ATS for as long as I can: You live what you think. Your mind weaves your reality according to your wishes. If you wish to believe that there are diabolical "forces" out "there" that attack you, your mind will set your adventure in motion. If you would rather experience the opposite, or positive aspects of your Earthly adventure, just pay attention and live / reflect those positive things and the rest goes Poof, gone. The degree of "gone" that you will experience is directly proportionate to your efforts in keeping negativity out of your mind and therefore, your life. I'm not suggesting you stick your head into the sand. Simply don't entertain thoughts that don't advance, for the better, your life or well-being. Please try. You wouldn't believe the difference it will make in your life and those around you.... LOVE to ALL
Come on it's not like you truly 100% know

imagine if this was true, but instead of trying to feed off of negative emotions, it found positive emotions most tasty
Suddenly you see them as angels
All you need is love.

Im not a bible thumper, but in Ephesians it says the "war is in our minds". And tells you how (from their perspective) to combat this "enemy".
Combat them how? Thinking positive thoughts? I don't see how that will accomplish anything. I think positive all the time but every situation ends negatively. Like I said I think something is putting in some serious work.

I am a targeted individual of hyperdimensional warfare. Please do not ask me to go into specifics because it's just not worth it anymore. I firmly believe we are all subject to this.
According to montalk.net:
Have you ever gotten emotionally riled up over events which later turned out to be trivial? Do little things happen around you which “coincidentally” poke at your emotional sore spots? Does it seem like someone “behind the curtain” is pushing your buttons? In many cases, someone or something is. This article is about emotional defense against an invisible enemy who profits from your overindulgence in negative emotions. As part of the matrix series, this text focuses upon the central issue in the matter, that of loosh economy. “Loosh” is Robert Monroe’s term for a quantifiable spiritual/emotional energy produced by physical beings such as humans, a highly-valued commodity in the eyes of nonphysical beings who feed upon this energy. Although not its only function, the matrix acts as the machinery which extracts loosh from humans by subjecting them to synchronistically arranged emotional melodramas. Here will be given a practical discussion of the nature of emotion, who manipulates emotion via the matrix, their modes of attack, and suggested methods of defense.

You can not control every physical, mental or spiritual thought or act that confronts you.
