Nope but it is just as plausible a theory as any, my original post was to xcathdra after he said the illness fits in with his theory. You should drop him a pm and ask him if it's confirmed and stop bothering me with nonsense

Well found the location of the image used in the news looks to be ok. Also the reporter has more current photos on his twitter of Putin alive and well.

Oh well I'd rather have the truth then being right.

Ok....here it is again with overlay.....you can see that even the wrinkles in the coat on his left arm line up, near his shoulder. Same with his left arm...look closely at the indention where each wrinkle of the jacket lines up.





I really do think these two pics are from the same photo opp, one was edited.

The pattern in the ties look the same in the overlay. Why is that?
To be clear, I am not blaming you for fiddling with the ties, but they look very much the same in the overlay, but not when you compare the photos side by side.

Cause I did and they lead to nothing, not even the news link you listed (yes that's odd).

The twitter feed from the reported is the most current photos of him so far.

Likely just because of the transparency....I can adjust it out I think. I also just did a search and as another poster pointed out there is no hole in the lapel of his coat....this is really odd because I can't find a single picture of Putin with a suit on that does not have a hole in the lapel....I only looked through the first hundred or so pics of Putin I could find online, but there was a hole in the lapel in every one of them......I would think ALL of his suits would have them as the hole is used for "dignitary" pins as shown in this photo...it is likely something that he gets on every suit.




So whats up with this suit and why no hole in the lapel now?

Lots of oddities to me, but I can see why others think they are not from the same photo shoot. I just see too many things lining up in the photos for them to be from different shoots, even the camera angle, which should be close to impossible to match I would think.

Yes I did, and what is really strange is that I am now coming up with less hits on the photo for matches in photo searches...

Obviously, Putin is on the left side of the frame and you can see the photogs all lined up and obviously there are some from the angles of this pic.

Now what are the chances that they snapped a pic from 2 different years at the same angle, the seat lines up, the flag, the microphone bend, etc....

Zolotov caught Putin's cold, so he won't be seen for a while.

When they find a suitable body double, they will have him make an appearance and say very little.

Maybe he's the one that is really dead and the reason the rumor got started was cause he died and due to his tie to Putin everyone else thought he must be dead as well.

Looking at one of the subsequent pics, it appears to me that there is a lapel hole, though my eyes could be failing me....not sure why it would appear there is a slit in one and not in the other.

Unless each photographer has a specific spot on the floor assigned by number painted on the floor (that doesn't change in two years!).... no chance at all.

According to the outlet Vaca posted be for Putin was in a meeting with Vyacheslav Lebedev on the 15th
