Anthrax (band)

Anthrax is one of my favorite bands. There music is awesome to me and I've been a fan since the 80's. State of Euphoria, Persistence of Time, The Sound of White Noise, Stomp 442, Volume 8: The Threat is real are my favorite Anthrax albums. Charlie Benante is just an awesome drummer. And they do some killer KISS covers as well.

I've always liked their music, and I agree, they do some good covers too...

I'm sure I saw Anthrax on a metal festival bill down here in Australia, maybe last year? I dunno, maybe it was 20 years ago! LOL
KISS is playing here with the Dead Diasies in October, and Motley Crue with Alice Cooper in about 6 weeks. I'm in 80's metal heaven this year.

Anthrax played here in 2013, I missed it though. One of my fave's, the mosh pit would have been fun.

Peg and Al were out of town. Bud and Kelly won a party with Anthrax. But they got snowed in a massive storm so the entire party consisted of Anthrax, Bud, Kelly and Marcy in the Bundy house, which they trashed. And Anthrax was high off of eating the 'mystery pack' that Peg had in the fridge. It was cold and hot at the same time, kinda moved on it's own, and made the fingers tingle as well as gave Anthrax hallucinations.

Man ... I've gotta' get a life. I know the episodes like that! ARGH!

that was by far the greatest episode of married with children ever. even though Belladonna just laid there on the couch and bud, kelly and marcy were the only audience. it was epic. best part was at the end when Anthrax sang kookie lend me your comb.

How can you not mention Among The Living? Their best album not to mention considered one of the best metal albums of all time!

I was too young to remember them in their prime, the first time a recall hearing them was on the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City soundtrack.

Every metal head needs fist full of metal and among the living in their collection, i hate to think how much ive spent on gig tickets to see anthrax through the years!, they're still one of my fav bands, i just miss charging around in circle pits and mosh pits! As pits are not wheelchair friendly!lol!, ive tryed but security had a problem!!

Def one of my favorite bands, ive been listening to them since they first started and to hear where they are is mind blowing!! Their music has covered many different genres. I prefer the john bush fronted thrax, but all very good music. And the Chief is the most under-rated drummer of all time!!!!
