To create the “sculpture” the artist and scientist directed long wavelength light through a microscope on to a photosensitive polymer producing a 3D pixel. They repeated this process in order to build the figure one 3D pixel at a time.

Just wow.

I have long contemplated that if there really is a creator, maybe our DNA is itself signed, and we just haven't seen it yet. Or don't know what we're looking at. This just adds credence to such a notion. Yeah, I know it's a stretch, but it's certainly interesting to contemplate the ramifications of our sciences finding such a signature. S&F.

I find it fascinating that science has managed to provide microscopic anatomically accurate sculptures, 3D printed everything, and even microscopic robots which are self replicating... and yet we still don't have answers to such real world issues as cancer, AIDS, or even the energy problem.
