Well he got 21 years. Thats pretty hefty for the UK for crime not involving a death or organized crime.

Though I dont think this monster will ever be safe or rehabilitated. He is a 100% sociopath and it would have only been a matter of time before he turned into a full blown serial killer.

Haha thanks for that. On topic, I believe that the information age is acting much the same as drugs and games like Dungeons and Dragons supposedly did back in the 70s. It ferrets out the softer minds rapidly for identification.
